You can mail the filled out form to the address below or get in touch with Gurudwara Sewadars for setting up the donation through the monthly EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer). Alternatively the EFT Form is also available with Gurudwara Sewadars.

Note: We encourage the Sangat to use the EFT option for making donations and support the Gurudwara Sahib in meeting its financial commitments. This process of setting up a monthly EFT also helps in keeping up with the Sikh tradition of Dasvand.
